2010 sees another challenge for former Trustee Ruth Taylor and Jason O'Malley on behalf of Munro. This time, however, it’s not on foot – they will be embarking on a 1008 mile bike ride from John O'Groats to Lands End. 

Ruth and Jason will be covering up to 128 miles each day and will set off on Friday 11th June and hopefully will finish on Sunday 19th June.  They are hoping to raise £1008 (£1/ mile).   

Unfortunately, a virus laid them both low and Ruth and Jason had to pull out of the race....nevertheless, they managed to bike 350 miles -- raising £350 for the Co-Op.  Well done and commiserations to Ruth and Jason for their efforts!
