| Kathy Macdonald |

My name is Kathy Macdonald and I have lived and worked in Queens Park, Brent for over 30 years.
My background is in public sector housing, but I have always held a passion for complementary therapies, as a means of approaching
health issues from a holistic perspective. I first met Lucille Munro in the mid 90's and again in 2008.
I became a Trustee on the Board and as a Trustee I look forward to promoting, supporting and helping to take the Co-Op
from strength to strength in the complementary therapy world.

I became a trustee because
I met therapist Rita Taylor at an event held by Kensington Community & Social Council (KCSC). KCSC was set up to help
the voluntary sector, particularly in North Kensington, one of the less well-heeled parts of the borough. Rita and I had met
one another some years ago when her daughter and my son were good friends at primary school. I have lived
in the area for many years, and been involved locally, off and on and I had been chair of another small charity, Meanwhile
Gardens Community Association. Rita explained about Munro which sounded very interesting and asked if I would like to come
and take part.
