| Kathy Macdonald |

My name is Kathy Macdonald and I have lived and worked in Queens Park, Brent for over 30 years. My background
is in public sector housing, but I have always held a passion for complementary therapies, as a means of approaching health
issues from a holistic perspective. I first met Lucille Munro in the mid 90's and again in 2008.
I became a Trustee on the Board and as a Trustee I look forward to promoting, supporting and helping to take the Co-Op
from strength to strength in the complementary therapy world.

I was a client of the Munro Health Co-Op for over two years, attending therapy sessions twice a week. I suffer
with severe back and leg pain from a car accident and arthritis. The therapies, therapists and other clients had such
a big effect on my life. It gave me such great support at a time when I was feelilng physically and mentally low. One
of the therapists asked me if I would be interested in becoming a trustee. After going to a trustee meeting I decided
to come on board. By becoming a trustee, I could give something back for all the help and support I received.
